Called them just now on the 6th of Jan 2023, 10am with my urgent enquiry and they they were the only tax accounting company that they said the are open and they answered the phone. A good attitude that you would expect from a Kiwi Company.

The best thing about Gerard is that he is very responsive. We wanted a change from our previous accountant who took a month and a half to respond to us even when we have followed up numerous times.
