   Trent and Farea - you rocked it :). It was the easiest and the best first home mortgage advice/transaction we have ever had. Farea Khan went above and beyond to make buying our first home an incredibly easy and straightforward process. The team were on top of all emails/text/calls and quick to respond if we ever had any questions, even outside of normal business hours with a friendly voice and sound advice. They stayed available and in constant contact during a couple of evenings when paperwork needed to be done on time. And they were clear about what they were going to do, and they did it. I can’t recommend the Luminate Financial Group Team enough! and we wouldn't hesitate in using Luminate Financial Group again. Trent has immense knowledge of the mortgage industry and I would refer him to ANYONE.

They worked efficiently liaising with the lender and talking me through the process therefore making it easy for me. Communication was open and honest and they went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed which made it easy to finalise my finance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Luminate. Title for our land was supposed to come in October but it came 6 weeks early leaving us to settle in just 2 weeks but Farea made sure that everything went smoothly and settlement happened on the given date. Massive regards to Farea Khan especially for facilitating everything so professionally and so efficiently. Feeling so blessed with help from these guys.
