The admin team was very efficient, friendly and easy to communicate. Managed to get a appointment with dermatologist within a week after GP referral, the doctor I saw was professional & knowledgeable.
Really friendly & professional staff, top marks for both Aimee & Winnie who eased my anxiety prior to the procedure. Dr Derek Luo made the procedure extremely seamless. My appreciation goes out to the amazing team along with how clean the facility is. Great experience all around!
Very informative and professional staff. Every new staff member introduced themselves and described what the next step was. They were also very reassuring and supportive, with follow up report later the same day. Beautifully clean facilities also. This is the first time I wrote a negative review in my whole life. The gastroscopy procedure was 9:15. It probably took 10 minutes I I'm not sure as I was asleep due to the sedative. I was woken up and urged at least twice by the nurse to leave around 9:40. I felt very dizzy then. When I managed to walk to the recovery room, the nurse came and spoke very roughly about the report when I could not even focus. I was not offered anything to drink or ate when I sat there. It was might 20 or more minutes later someone cleaning the sink turned her head to me and asked if I need anything as if I was begging there! No one asked me if I was okay to leave when I left the recovery room. I was just stopped by the front desk receptionist to ask if I should pay the $500 excess fee. Worst experience ever! Don't think this place cares or respects the patients or just treats people differently! Just because I'm an Asian so don't need to be treated equally? I pay the same amount of money!
