Extremely Disappointing Experience at this horrible shop FLOWERISE I had a truly frustrating experience and would not recommend it to anyone. From the start, the staff rushed me into paying without even offering to wrap the flowers—something I had to ask for. Even then, I was told I had to pay extra for both the paper and wrapping, which should have been included with the purchase. To make matters worse, when I requested a white ribbon for my bouquet instead of the red one they initially used, the staff aggressively ripped it off without any consideration, making the situation even more uncomfortable. and she commented" OHH SOMEONE LIKES WHITE" Additionally, when I asked for some basic decoration for my flowers, I was charged $4 per leaf—something that is typically included at other flower shops. The whole experience felt unprofessional and unpleasant, with hidden costs at every turn. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority at ALL and I will not be returning. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. YOU CAN FIND MUCH BETTER FLOWERS AND BETTER SERVICE SOMEWHERE ELSE

This morning from Wellington I placed an order due to a death in the family. The gentleman who helped me was so helpful and courteous and not only were the flowers delivered today but they sent me a photo of the flowers they did. Absolutely stunning. Such fantastic service this florist is the best
I ordered flowers over the phone at 09h00 and my daughter-in-law had them delivered within the hour. They went down very well indeed. Very efficient, friendly and the cost was exactly as arranged. Many thanks for that. Five Stars!
