If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible communication, and then they expected me to pay a $257 bill with no explanation. I had to waste my time with emails and phone calls just to get it sorted out. The parcel was a simple birthday gift for my daughter, just a toy worth far less than that and it still took almost three weeks to arrive. Awful service. I’ll be looking into other couriers for future parcels.

The contact support team are great. I called the 0800 number and within a minute I was connected. They are polite and helpful. I had to get a parcel rescheduled and due to it being identification documents from overseas I couldn't put in my tracking number and see where the parcel or courier were as it is a security measure from the passport office. The support staff and knowledgable, they are understanding. Thank you.

I have no issue with MPI and fully respect their processes. My concern is with DHL, who contacted me nearly 48 hours late—and deliberately on a Friday afternoon—regarding my medical shipment. This delay put time-sensitive medication at risk. As a regular importer, I expect timely communication and accountability, especially when health is involved.
