   For a Global company I am totally miffed why they can not give up to date details for deliveries from their 3PL sites. they are useless at replying to suppliers in a timely fashion, been like it for years. Would never recommend DHL Well we know have part 2- ordered product from A Multi-national supplier who globally contracted to DHL. Order placed on Tuesday 9/12/25. On Thursday at 2.20pm I enquired for my own information on the status of the order {due to the last order sitting in a depot for 2 days} as of 9am on Friday 12/12/25 DHL can't tell them were the order is. I find it abysmal in this day and age - Temu can tell me exactly were my delivery is and they send Thousands of packages. Come on DHL

   Very Disappointed with DHL. They kept calling us to open a business account, and on our very first shipment, a projector, it arrived damaged due to their handling. Even though the full value was declared (and we paid GST), they only refunded a small part of the cost that ( less then 10% of the value ). Poor service and no accountability. Would not recommend at all. And you guessed it, the phone called had stopped and when we call them, they stop answering. Don’t deal with DHL, all they care about is their profit.

   I just had the most amazing service from both Tomai and grete It seemed extremely impossible to be able to collect my parcel at the urgent time I needed it which was end of the day…They were so patient and kind with me and did absolutely everything they could. One of the ladies even drove over to another gate to collect it for me once it had been located. I can honestly tell you I have worked for luxury and top customer service brands and they were better than any one I know. They spent so much time with me and were just such bubbly and kind ladies. I want to thank them for everything and let them know they are so appreciated!!
