Worst courier out . First off only picked up 1 of 2 packages then had to go back and pick up second one then delivered it to a closed business and left it out the back of the building what a Muppet. I had to drive back to work and get it before it was stolen.

Signed up with Sub60 after having a few issues with Pace. Booked 2 jobs on their 60 minute service, both which had an 90 minute ETA immediately after booking. First 60 minute job took 3ish hours to show up. Second 60 minute job, at the 2 hour mark, I gave up and just drove to the location and picked it up myself. Account manager said he'd sort it and get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago, never heard from him again. Signed up for Urgent Couriers online this morning, took all of 2 minutes and then had an item delivered in the timeframe, first time. Highly suggest trying there instead.

Was a bit nervous about using their services after seeing some not so great reviews but everything worked out great! Their driver showed up on time and even waited while we sorted last minute things. They even kept their promise about delivering on time. Also, communication was great, we got a call after our package was delivered. Will definitely be using their service again.

Never again! Had to contact them 4 times since service was done as was not getting them to email me a receipt! Then when receipt came, i noticed i was overcharged by $30+ without an explanation, and my company's name was completely wrong on receipt. Also, it was not Tax invoice. They refused to give me one when requested, saying - "this is how we do it here"! About being overcharged, they said - "we figured that the package was bigger and needed a bigger car". I was never informed, and they charged me more anyway! I had to phone them (again) to get that fixed. Still, no receipt! Now one month later and I'm still having to chase them up to get the TAX invoice with the correct amount to match the credit card transaction... Still no Tax invoice as again "that's how we do it here"! Stay away from those guys, is my advice if you don't want a massive headache!
