   The Boatshed accommodation bought 2x white lounge chairs in Dec 2019. As it is air b&b they only get used when guests stay, not 100% of the time. In addition to that, with covid and the lockdowns, it's been used even less. We noticed at the end of last summer that the white material had turned a yellow colour and when I phoned them to discuss this, they really wanted nothing to do with me and told me the warranty had run out. I would have thought a premium outdoor furniture company would have stood by their product?! We not only purchased the 2x lounge chairs but also the 5 seater lounger and a Shade 7 sail. So I would have thought they would have offered some sort of compensation or replaced them. On a final note and just to be clear, there was no cleaning product used only a water blaster. Not a happy customer...

   The OceanWeave Outdoor Furniture I bought for my mum so she could have a comfortable place to sit and read outside on the deck, we did have an issue with one chair but the guys from Shade7 shipped out a replacement within a few days, as always the Shade7 customer service is fantastic, its why I own 4 of their sun shades :)

   We bought the wonderful Morocco outdoor three-seater, table and ottoman over a year ago. We were so impressed we returned recently and bought a chair to match. Michael remembered us (which is impressive and really pleasing) and was really helpful in terms of making sure the chair was delivered before we went on holiday. We furniture is top class and after a year looks as good as it was when we first bought it. It looks great and is very comfortable. I highly recommend OceanWeave for both their products and excellent service.

   We just moved into this property this year and needed some new outdoor furniture to complement the large outdoor living space. Our son has used Ocean Weave products for some years and strongly recommended them so we acted on that and acquired four chairs. We're completely satisfied with the purchase, seem to use them daily and are waiting for some summer weather to get more hours entertaining friends and family. Although we have only had the furniture for a few months I would happily recommend the product to anyone.

   We purchased the Alps Modular lounge furniture from Ocean Weave about 6 months ago and couldn't be more impressed with the product or the service received. Living in Christchurch, we essentially bought this furniture unseen which was certainly a little nerve wrecking. However, Michael was happy to send us great quality samples and answered a lot of our questions over the phone so I felt confident that we were making the right choice despite not having seen the furniture in the flesh (so to speak!) The furniture was delivered promptly and we are absolutely delighted with it. Having looked at numerous other options of outdoor furniture in Christchurch, we feel absolutely positive that the Alps Modular lounge is far superior in terms of quality and comfort... both the fabric and the wicker look like they will be very hard wearing and the modular design means that we will probably make additions in future. It really has transformed our outdoor living space! I've already recommended Ocean Weave to several friends... great customer service and a fantastic luxurious product but without the luxurious price tag! Thanks Michael and team.
