   Very rude to speak to...impatient as making inquiry...more put out and not helpful...would not use...first call via phone enquiry found him abrupt and short - arrogant and rude...uninterested.....as stated I was calling to inquire on behalf of someone else - you obviously didn’t listen as you were interrupting as I spoke....so not someone I would recommend....ppl like u don’t listen instead they are busy thinking of what they will say next completely oblivious to person speaking and asking the questions.... As I state again I called to ask the questions on behalf of someone else not myself....no ears obviously....your website states ‘if you know someone call us’ - I did and you were rude and paid no attention to what I was saying...seemed more irritated and put out or you would have heard me say ‘I am inquiring re someone else as in need of criminal lawyer’ - like I say - no ears and not abiding by what your site states so yes you were rude and impatient and unwilling to listen or advise correctly - had you heard me out you would have landed a massive case of injustice and could have set a precedence for law changes so don’t ever put off someone you think is a small person...You just lost out on what will be a massive case leading to law changes - got legal advice elsewhere as they took the time to listen - your loss and my truth of dealing with you....suggest you read your own website and adjust accordingly as you do not do as you state....waste of my valuable time
