Good, honest and fairly priced workshop. My mother's car has been maintained here for years and they are always clear about any work required, and happy to point out and detail the work completed upon pickup. Keep up the good work fellas!
Blatantly ripped off my wife with bad workmanship, fraud and lies. Charged her $100 to fit a mirror on her car that she supplied. End result: the mirror is poorly secured and shakes when driving, and has no electronic adjustment. Their answer was that it was the wrong mirror for the car. This is completely wrong. 1) They lost the original 3 bolts and fitted only two bolts using washers to compensate for the different length of their new incorrect bolt. They didn't use enough washers so it wasn't on secure and the mirror shook violently when driving. The mirror no longer shakes with 3 correct bolts fitted 2) They couldn't be bothered spending 5 minutes to remove the door card to plug in the electrical connector. Mirror electrics work absolutely fine now that it is simply plugged in. They have charged her $100 to: - remove one plastic cover - chop wires to old mirror - remove 3 bolts (and lose them) - fit two bolts and one plastic cover. This is 5 minutes of bad workmanship and clearly doesn't equate to charging $100. The lie about being the wrong mirror is complete fraud to attempt to cover their lazy, bad install. When I redid this job myself and did it correctly, I spent 17 minutes from start to finish. We are lucky this was only a small job but it is clear how these monkies operate. DO NOT COME HERE.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, my nephew took his car as it just wouldn’t start and broke down on him they told him it was the starter motor as they are the mechanic not us, so when we asked if we got the starter motor done would the car be all good he was told yes so he also spent 1300 on stuff for the warrant as well. Got the car home and it broke down in the driveway. I rung him back he towed it on the back of his truck to his garage and the car is an automatic, he ring him the next day to tells him it would cost $3000 for a new engine. If he had of known this in the first place he would not of spent 1300 on it. He was able to take off the sway bars starter motor and the guy refund him 444 out of the 1300 spent on the car. What a disappointment we will never return to this garage or recommend anyone get there car fixed here. If we had of know from the beginning it was the engine not the starter motor he would have kept his 1300 and put it towards a new car not fix what needed to be done for the warrant only thinking it was a starter motor as the mechanic has suggested !
I have been using these guys for a few years now, always friendly, honest and love having a good chat. Yes their seems to be a few bad comments but I myself can only praise the work these guys have done for me. Highly Recommend
I have trust issues with any mechanic in auckland as i normally go to taupo to get my vehicles fixed. This place however was recommended by a family friend and im so thankful i went here to get my car fixed. WOF is pricey however the worker was efficient and very helpful. i was out with new brakes and a wof in less than an hr. thankyou for your service. highly recommended :)
