I absolutely loved Ming’s service. He is fast and very knowledgeable! He fixed our fone that kept overheating and the battery not charging properly. We got to find out the battery we had installed by another guy in Flatbush was a fake apple battery hence why it was causing so much problem. He gives a good warranty too so if anything doesn’t seem ok he will always look into it. My iPhone doesn’t heat anymore and charges properly and last the whole day. I will definitely go back to him for future problems in my phones!

A friend recommended this phone repair shop to me, and I’m really glad I came here. The team was very professional and friendly — they quickly figured out what was wrong with my phone and fixed it at a fair price. Everything was explained clearly, no hidden costs, and the service was faster than I expected. I can see why my friend suggested this place. Definitely trustworthy and I’ll be coming back if I ever need repairs again!

I had an issue where my phone wouldn’t charge and had been completely dead for a few days. I wasn’t sure what was wrong, but I brought it into this shop, and the technician diagnosed and fixed the problem. Super fast, professional, and friendly service. I’m really grateful—they saved me a lot of time and stress. Highly recommend this place if you need efficient and reliable phone repairs!

⚠️ WARNING: Avoid This Repair Shop Dishonest and Unprofessional I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I visited this shop with a minor issue on my phone something I could’ve fixed myself, but I didn’t have enough time to order parts myself. As a senior software engineer with years in the tech industry, I knew exactly what was wrong. Instead of addressing the simple fix, the owner I believe his name is Ming, deliberately tampered with my device to create a bigger issue. Suddenly, the “solution” required an overpriced part one that wasn’t necessary until he made it so. It was a clear attempt to profit by manufacturing problems. He put on a show of being upright and trustworthy, but it was just an act. I stayed silent to observe, and sure enough, he made things worse thinking I wouldn’t notice. I eventually ordered the damaged part myself and fixed properly without the drama or inflated costs. BEWARE: He also installs sells fake parts and says they are original. Always ask for your original components back. This shop is not just unprofessional it’s deceptive. Protect your devices and your wallet. Go somewhere reputable.

Such amazing service fixing an iPhone today. Ended up being a completely different issue that I thought it was. The phone ended up needing serious diagnostics and repair. Dropped it in to the shop in the morning and was ready by the afternoon. Awesome honest communication and seriously great value for money. We will now be using this shop for all our tech issues. Thank you so much!

I had an old Samsung S6. I got a Really Good and long informative Talk about " wether Changing the battery" or not. He didnt try to sell me his Service he have me Time to Think about it and taking through the advantages and disadvantages. He was honest with me and that deserve 5 stars..because usually people try to sell...regardless if customers need sth or not. Thanks a lot :)

Went there to replace the battery for my iPhone. He asked me my password for replacing the battery. which was unnecessary. No idea why he wanted my password to replace the battery. Then he created a fear saying that he will not be responsible if Face ID does not work after battery installation. One moment I did not think and put my password myself. But I took the phone back and switched it off and gave it back to him. He has cameras around and I am sure he has recorded my password. I was very uncomfortable with the technician. Then he replaced the battery without password anyway. He charged me high price for the work. It was more than double of the usual. Be careful. I have never felt so insecure with a vendor. He should not be asking my password.
