   Needed to get back to N Ireland to see my mum after missing my Dads funeral earlier in the year. Darren was on the ball from the start, getting me several different flight routes and dates, which he held till I was very lucky to grab a spot in MIQ. Once booked, there were constant updates from him on the ever changing rules in Singapore and the UK and great advice on a company doing the less invasive saliva test for travelling. The trip was amazing, in great part, due to the help from House of travel and I wouldn't hesitate to use then again once we are "released" from limbo and can begin to travel again properly. cheers HOT and bring it on!!!

   Darren from House of Travel St Heliers is an absolute saint of a man who helped us in our time of need. I can’t thank him enough for being the person we could trust to help arrange travel during a very stressful time. When I found out that my grandma was in critical condition in Japan, I reached out to a friend to see who could help us arrange travel for my mum to fly home immediately. Darren was recommended to us by our friend as being the best of the best, and this was absolutely the case. I reached out to Darren for assistance in navigating the complexities associated with arranging immediate international travel during Covid. Darren was able to immediately book flights for my mum, gave me all the information my mum needed to obtain clearance for entry into Japan and was on-call for us all hours of the night and weekend to answer multiple questions. When plans changed multiple times Darren remained patient throughout and always went the extra mile to help. I feel like I’m a relatively good judge of character and I believe Darren is a genuinely good person who wants to do the absolute best for his clients. He was able to take away so much of my workload during a very stressful time and I will always be thankful for him. Thanks again Darren!

   Darren has gone out of his way in these very difficult times to help, we are living outside of NZ and have had to work through flights for family which were cancelled, and also our flights to get home. Not only has Darren provided fantastic advice and direction, he has been wonderful to deal with and gone beyond his job description for sure!
