I rated Karen so highly because she went above and beyond to make our travel plans smooth and enjoyable. She was patient, knowledgeable, and kept us updated every step of the way. Dave and I really appreciated her genuine care and the personal touch she brought to the experience. Karen is fantastic to deal with — friendly, efficient, and really knows her stuff. She’s made booking all our cruises and travels around the world a breeze! Everything had always gone smoothly, and I appreciated the attention to detail and friendly service. The only suggestion I’d have is to keep up the great communication and continue offering that personal touch — it makes a big difference.
I had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members, Lorraine. She was always rushing through everything and made me feel pressured to make payments quickly without taking time to explain important details about my tickets. Her attitude came across as unhelpful and impatient. Even after I had already paid for my tickets, she left me waiting while she went to another meeting, which felt very unprofessional. Buying flight tickets should be a clear and supportive process, but instead it felt stressful and unpleasant. I hope House of Travel Botany Junction can improve their customer service and ensure customers are treated with more patience and care.
