I came to Palm Clinic with pigmentation issues - hoping to be able to get laser treatment but knowing that some types of pigmentation can get worse with laser, so I was wary as a first time client that they would try to just offer me laser as an easy option without any further analysis of the skin. But this couldn't have been further from the truth. Kim knew what she was talking about - lasers would have made my skin worse (melasma) - and she has set up a very achievable plan to try and manage it. She was very kind and knowledgable. I would recommend this clinic - not just a gimicky "laser fixes all" clinic.

Just want to acknowledge the excellent and efficient service at the palm clinic. I’m currently getting resurFX laser for old acne scars and texture, which is so handy and getting some vein treatment too. Looking forward to the new premises in Parnell soon too :) Sam Dunn and the team are so great to deal with!
I recently had varicose veins treatment at Palm Clinic Dr Sam and the whole team were exceptionally professional, informative, friendly and helpful right from the start. They made the whole procedure very comforting, fully explaining what was happening along with a lot of humour!! Follow up has been equally professional and caring. I chose Palm Clinic because their website purported to have a natural approach to beauty enhancement - you want people to notice there's an improvement in your appearance, without people quite knowing why that is. The staff are incredibly professional and personable. As a client I feel recognised as an individual, and I have never felt uncomfortable about being open about discussing budget verses what I wish to achieve. I honestly, highly recommend Palm Clinic.
