    Beware you might not be able to get any help here if things go wrong. When I needed help with contraception that they inserted, they had no available appointments for the month ahead and the only recommendation was to try luck every morning in case of cancellation or go to my Gp instead. I understand it’s a busy time and everything, but I feel betrayed and very frustrated - during the procedure they advised of side effects and ensured they will help to deal with them. But in reality they just leave you alone with your ‘irregular’ bleeding from implants which turns to be non stop for months. I better started with my GP then, instead of going here, so that I have a constant line of support instead of this type of care.

    The receptionist was nice on the phone then spread a nasty rumor spiritually that I'm spreading bv and bv is a bacterial embalance . How would she know I havnt had a check up !! . I use a cream that is actually for baby's to protect them from nappy rash !! . Been that she works at a sexual health check up proves to me she don't know nothing and should shut her mouth !! .

    Today was my first visit and I had an amazing experience at the Newmarket Clinic with Lucy. She was incredibly friendly, informative, and supportive. It was my first ever consult about contraception, so I was fairly nervous, but Lucy made me feel completely safe and comfortable. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and ensured I fully understood everything. The receptionist was also friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’m so glad I chose this clinic. Thank you so much!

    I went to get my IUD renewed but they waited until I got to the appointment to tell me that it was too soon. I don't see why the person on the phone couldn't have told me it was too soon or why someone from the clinic couldn't have called me before I arrived to tell me. Dr Angeline was great and obviously she is not the one who schedules appointments so this isn't a criticism of her at all. Fortunately I have insurance and hopefully I will get most of the fee back, but I really don't appreciate paying almost $50 and taking time off of work for nothing - especially during a cost of living crisis...

    Very frustrating dealing with them. The call centre is like calling vodafone - endless wait times, no way to just speak to an operator, no way to respond to texts. If you miss a call from a doctor, no way to just call them back. You have to go through the call centre from hell where your place in the queue stays forever at number 5. I have wasted so much time playing phone tag with them that I am ready to call it quits.

    Reschedule appointments at least twice every booking without giving you the chose to accept or decline the change and without speaking to the customer. and don’t put the updated time in the text so you have 0 clue when it is even for. Been going for years now and it’s just terrible between this and them being consistently 15+ minutes late

    Had the best most comfortable and supportive IUD insertion by Sue. She was very empathetic and gentle, she made the best out of a uncomfortable situation.

    I went yesterday to remove my IUD. The stuff were super friendly and clear about the procedure. Also, the nurse who removed my IUD was very nice and it didn't take her more than 1 minute to remove it and I didn't feel any pain (AT ALL). I exit the clinic feeling relief and happy :)
