   HUGE shout out to Anna the Practice Manager at Ellerslie Clinic. She was so helpful, thoughtful and accomodating with setting me up an over the phone appointment with a specialist. She talked me through everything I needed to know and guided me every step of the way. Thanks Anna- it's not every day you recieve the care you provided. You're a super star!!

   I had a wonderful experience with the clinic right from the start. Anna the Practice Manager was so thoughtful and informative, prompt responses and great at keeping me updated with time frames. Dr Lim was so easy to talk to, provided options going forward that didn't involve medication and also insight in to my current prescriptions. Truly a great experience :)

   I am a patient / client at Kilpan & Associates Counselling & Psychology Services and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. My psychiatrist, Dr. Han Chung Lim, is incredibly patient and always provides advice tailored to my specific condition. He consistently monitors my progress and offers thorough reports and recommendations. Dr. Lim is also very ethical; he never prescribes unnecessary medications or charges unwarranted fees, and he never forces me to do anything I’m uncomfortable with while my rehabilitation trip. He can always find the problems and analyse it deeply and try to eliminate all factors that will affect the disease in a scientific and rigourous way. The receptionist, Anna, is also a gem. She is kind, friendly, and incredibly dedicated to her work. Our conversations are always a pleasure, and her commitment is evident as she often responds to emails even late at night, well outside of her working hours. This level of care and professionalism is truly heartwarming. There is home to many highly professional psychologists and psychiatrists. I feel fortunate to have met Dr. Lim and Anna here. They treat patients with non-judgmental understanding and provide a warm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking compassionate and professional mental health care.
