Carlos and Pacha were great. Although a part was ordered in just in case, they replaced only what was necessary and this helped me stay within my budget. Appreciate it very much. Even provided a courtesy car which helped. Huge difference with the new shock - the drive is smooth. Will definitely go there again to fix the other side when it is due! I passed the WOF, thanks to Auto Clinic!!

Always a great service and fair findings and charging. Love they have plenty of loan cars and the car clean at the end keeps me coming back! Great company, keep it up guys

Great experience with the workshop. Receptionist was on to it. Friendly and welcoming. The mechanics were honest, straightforward, and did a good service + wof. Booking system on the website was easy to use, with room for improvement. Communication was great.

I brought my car to Auto Clinic for a WOF and repairs, but I was disappointed with how things turned out. My front bumper was damaged during their handling of the vehicle β€” it was not cracked beforehand, and now I’m left dealing with the cost and stress of fixing it. They also failed my WOF for a front shock leak but didn’t mention this to me at any point during the earlier repair work or the phone call. Only when I arrived to collect the car was I told. The lack of communication and the damage to my bumper left me very unhappy with the service. Update: Hi Pacha, I’ve seen your response and need to correct a few things immediately: 1. Yes, the bumper had a small existing crack β€” but it was NOT in the condition you returned it in. Before dropping the car off, the bumper was secure and not hanging, not torn open, and not split further. I have time-stamped photos proving the exact condition on the day I arrived. What I picked up from your shop was significantly worse damage. So claiming β€œwe did not cause this” is simply not accurate. 2. The bumper only became unsafe AFTER your workshop handled the car. I drove daily, including motorway speeds, with zero movement or issues. The only time the bumper was hanging off was after your staff worked on the vehicle. That’s not a coincidence β€” that’s mishandling. 3. Failing the WOF for a shock leak but not telling me until pickup is unacceptable. If this was identified earlier, I should have been told before the WOF was processed. This is not optional β€” it’s a requirement under the CGA to inform customers of faults before completing a service. Your explanation does not address the lack of communication. 4. The CGA is clear: returning a vehicle in worse condition = not using reasonable care and skill. I am not saying anyone intentionally damaged anything. But the reality is the vehicle was returned with new, worse damage, and that falls exactly under CGA service failure. 5. I’m open to resolving this, but I won’t accept blame-shifting. Your response focuses on deflecting responsibility instead of addressing the evidence. I have documentation of the before-and-after condition This photo shows the bumper BEFORE the workshop touched my car. The crack was minor and held tightly with cable ties. It was NOT split open like it is now. The major tearing and the piece hanging off only happened AFTER their handling. Regards, Jordan

Happy with the service. Fit me in for a same day WOF. Cheaper than other businesses around the area too. Needed repairs to pass WOF check which was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend

I use to always take my golfs here for wofs and repairs, but I went here recently for a wof and was disappointed. Firstly, they tried to rip me off by telling me that I need to change my rear brake pads, because I only had β€œ1mm” left. But once I checked and measured I had almost 5mm left. Also, considering the car is front wheel drive and uses 70% of its brakes infront and 30% at the back it was unusual for my rear brake pads to be replaced before my front. Unsure if they made a mistake or purposely tried to rip me off because I’m a female. After giving me a whole list of repairs and quoting me $400-500 to repair/replace, I did everything on the list once I got home and returned the next day to recheck my wof. I bought up the brake pads and the guy seemed so shocked to have heard such a thing, he told me he’d get it sorted and call me back. Just to call back and tell me everything passed except for the tyres I put on. Told me I couldn’t pass and had to sort out my tyres AGAIN. But I took it to another mechanic and they said it was normal wear(toe wear) Honestly I felt like they were just butt hurt that they were called out by a female and tried to find the smallest thing not to pass my car, which is exactly what they did. I would not recommend them if you’re a female. I honestly just went here because of the old boss who always use to look after me, and fixed my previous golf. Mishra I think his name was.

Took my car in for my airbag light. They switched it off at $90, however resulted in 3 other lights being switched on. The guy gaslighted us to saying it was already on when we took it there but they definitely were not as that was the only issue preventing my WOF approval, then said just to drive it and see if it switches off. It didn't. Had to return 3 times just for them to be rude, gaslight us and try blame it on other things as they weren't sure how to fix it. Took it to another mechanic (Honda), he undone their faulty 'repair' then corrected the initial issue. Terrible service, wouldn't recommend at all. Edit: I have proof from the initial WOF inspection and Honda themselves, those lights wernt on. You did turn off the airbag light and the issue wasn't in the seal belt. Not you guys STILL trying to gaslight us!

Great service, great value. Serviced both our cars at short notice, well priced and cleaned them! They were ready on time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Could not rate the service I got more highly! I desperately needed new tyres and a few other things done for a big road trip (and to pass my WoF) and they helped me straight away! They were so polite and within an hour they had me safely on the road. I am very very grateful for the quality of service I received. Will definitely be going back for my service!
