   I came in today to exchange sizes for these basketball shorts i’ve bought for my little brother. I was a bit nervous that they wouldn’t let me exchange the size because I’ve lost the receipt. There was this male worker that was super helpful and understanding!! He searched up my invoice on the desk and was happy to exchange the sizes. Usually there are times where at other company’s are abrupt and rude about their exchange policy but today was very smooth and there was no problem whatsoever.

   Please work on advertisement. Don't put clothes right by the door if all your going to do is constantly watch us like we're going to steal. Maybe ask us if we need a hand with finding sizes instead of watching us and please stop displaying items that yous don't have in stock.

   Was served by Ellis on Thursday late night shopping , very helpful! Was after a shirt I found online he automatically knew where it was , found my size , gave me another size in another colour to try the differences for my fitout. Looked after me , had great customer service Thanks Ellis

   Pretty poor by customer service to say the offers online are "online only" when there is no reference to this fact. Was overcharged for a couple of hoodies in store during Afterpay day and was charged full price when supposedly everything in store was on sale. Not a good look Hallensteins.

   Greatly I appreciate the service from Iliaz! He was perfect down to the details of helping me with sizing, colour choice and also helping me feel great in what I was wearing! Customer service was on point! I Will definitely be making multiple trips for more and definitely making Hallensteins my go too for all my clothing!

   One of the worst experiences ever My dad recently came from overseas and the staff member charged him more thn what it says on the deal. I went back and told them and this a$$h@le sorry I have to say treated us very rudely instead of their mistake. My dad was very disappointed he never thought this to happen worst customer service.    Its completely disappointing experience in Hallensteins Brothers, Sylvia Park. I had grabbed some pants to use try on in the changing rooms and once I got out I have returned the pants that I have tried on to a staff member since I didn't like it. Afterwards, I decided to keep viewing clothing pieces in the shop when I was approached by a staff member to inspect my backpack. Therefore, I have been suspected of stealing retail items. It is a very embarrassing experience as a casual retail shopper. I think staff should try and consider using security cameras of the shop to determine whether or not a customer has been shoplifting. Please also take into account what it feels like to be wrongfully accused of stealing on a random day. Absolutely disgusting experience. I have moved to Hallesteins Brothers Newmarket to share my experience and have bought the clothing pieces I wanted there. If you want feel free to install tags on your clothes that way you are certain that people shoplift that way you don't wrongfully accuse someone of shoplifting.

   I would like to give a glowing review of the Sylvia Park Hallensteins store. Today, I had the pleasure of taking my son to purchase his whole suit from the complete suit, the tie, shoes and belt. We had help from the maori/pacific island gentleman who attended us as soon as we walked into the store. He went over and above service to help us, and also I'd like to mention to the other two staff members who were also extremely pleasant and helpful. They made us feel very comfortable. If they were my staff I'd treat them and take them out for drinks and dinner or better yet, give them all a raise!! They are soooo valuable to Hallensteins!! I hope he enjoyed his cupcake and I wish I could've have given them all a treat. Awesome staff!! Showing my son how to put a tie on, just too much, THANK YOU!!!
