Brilliant service. Made up a new key for my Barina. Service included programming it to the car. The key works perfectly every time. I wish I’d done it sooner.
It never fails to amaze me how Mister Minute can take the most unusual jobs and turn them into something miraculous. In this particular instance, it was a set of cufflinks made for me overseas that carried significant sentimental value. I think the arguement here is that no job bigger or small that can't be handled by Mister Minute. The staff member I dealt with was super helpful and reinforced the fact that in a competitive environment they are doing a great job.
Disappointing... The staff member I spoke to over the phone was very very difficult to understand, leading to confusion and frustration. After a long wait, the call ended when the staff member hung upafter a long rate. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste, and I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company until they improve their customer service
I have experienced extremely poor quality in the products I received, as well as subpar customer service. I am frequently charged call-out fees due to the low quality of these products. For instance, my garage door only opens with the remote when it wants to—it’s very unreliable. When I brought this issue to the attention of the technician who wears a turban, he acted uninterested and insisted that everything was fine, focusing more on the call-out fee rather than addressing the problem with the low-quality products.
Had the worst customer service yesterday. Basic manners were completely non existent. I asked for a price on a car key, you would think I had asked the person serving me for the stars in the sky! The quote he eventually gave me was three times more expensive than four other places I’ve gone. He also told me my key had a chip in it when it doesn’t. He put it in a machine to show me and hello no chip in the key. …… He did a small 3 letter name engraving job for me which was pretty rough looking as well…. I don’t think I’ll be back unless I was desperate and there was no other alternative.
Excellent service from Kurt. Great advice and came out to my car to check the key worked properly.
Told me one price charged me more once my key was cut. I also had to come back the next day because they couldn’t get it to work all good but then took another 2 hours. Got to the car and the key didn’t even work. Horrible experience
