   So difficult to even be in this position to even write this because in the past I have had pleasant experiences with this branch. I don’t want to make a big fuss about it, but I also don’t want other vulnerable women going through what I went through this morning. Firstly, upon my arrival I was scolded and treated coldly because I was late to an appointment that was changed without my confirmation. For reference, I agreed to a 9am appointment, turned up for a 9am appointment, and this appointment was moved to 8.30am without running this past me. I did get an email saying the appointment had been changed, an a text confirming the new time. But unfortunately I spent this week in survival mode as I am suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum. I run around after my toddler all day as I am a stay at home mum. What little time I do have to myself was spent resting, not checking my emails and text messages as you generally don’t expect a medical appointment to be moved without your knowledge. My sonographer was W.Miller. My husband and my toddler came into the room with me also and witnessed some of this. I was told off once again for being late, and the experience was cold and unpleasant. I tried to explain my situation, however I was constantly cut off and dismissed. I get told the exact same thing I was told when booking my appointment that early ultrasounds aren’t recommended until 8 weeks. I know all of this, this isn’t my first rodeo. I barely have a chance to speak. I just go completely silent. My son starts crying, so him and my husband leave the room. I am alone looking at this screen, trying to be happy that I am seeing my healthy happy baby however I am silent and trying to stop myself from crying because of my experience so far. I don’t really have much else more to say because she knows how she treated me. If she had let me talk at the beginning instead of speaking to me in a condescending tone I could of quickly explained to her, before she even began that the reason I am here for this ultrasound is because I have been spotting for a week and I’m paranoid about this as I did not experience this during my first pregnancy, I am going to be out of the country for a month, so just wanted to make sure everything was all okay. I was only able to explain this to her when she’s got the probe in my vagina and I’m fighting back tears because I felt so belittled, stupid, ashamed in myself. She did apologise at the end. However no apology change what was supposed to be a magical special moment for my family. This was ruined for us, and this is how we will always remember this day, and isn’t a pleasant moment. Nevertheless, we were actually back in our car by 9am. The clinic wouldn’t have been running late for the next patient because of me, no harm was really done. Everyone else’s days went on per normal, however our day was on such a down buzz because of this.

   Be careful if you have issues with your hips,legs and feet as there are 3 flights of stairs you have to clamper up. The elevator is really confusing and doesn't work. When explained to reception they just say they don't own it so not their problem. Would think as a radiology place it would be easier to access.

   Had a referral from my doctor to have a ultrasound and they tried to charge me $350 when it was supposed to be free! Now I’m left to getting it sorted with my doctors. Let’s hope it’s nothing serious!!

   Neat and tidy facility with very decent receptionist and also one of the best Ultrasound doc - Jena, who was professional and so good that made it so easy for me to get it done - . They were courteous and I felt relaxed and calm . Clean as place . Hight recommended .
