   I booked my appointment well in advance and even received a reminder text message on the morning prior, which gave me confidence everything was on track. However, I was then called at 3:30pm and told my appointment for the next day had been cancelled due to staff shortage, as someone had called in sick. Being informed so late in the day left me with no time to find an alternative, completely wasting my scheduled day off. This level of communication and last-minute notice is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration — I wouldn’t recommend booking here.

   I arrived and was greeted by the reception counter person and she was very nice . I filled in papers. I only sat for 5mins till the person to do the ultrasound showed me into the room. She told me what was going to happened. When it was finished she let me know what she found . So didn't need to wait for my Dr to ring me. Thank you.

   Been going here for my pregnancy scans and have had a great experience every time. I've seen a couple of different sonographers and they've both been knowledgeable, patient and kind. My appointments have always been on time. Parking can be a bit tricky because of the construction next door but the walk isn't too far if I can't find right at the center.

   Had an urgent scan, and some other person who was booked in at the wrong time was taken in at the time of our booking!! Made us wait for 30mins and made me late for work! No communication to advise that there has been a delay etc, the person whos booking was at the wrong time shouldve been advised to come back at the time it was made and taken the person who booking was at the time! Apart from that staff are friendly

   Very unprofessional! and dont bother complaining as the management are even worse! Here's a reply that I received, "perhaps if you have had such a bad experience you should look for another provider" this from the so called practice manager.. Horrible experience for a first time parent

   Beautiful facility and great phone/in-person service, however, I was denied service for an anatomy scan as I did not have a 12 week scan with them. I actually didn’t have a 12 week scan at all (as advised by my midwife) because I’d previously had 3 scans already - 2 x dating scans and 1 viability scan at 10 weeks, 2 of which were done with Ascot Radiology Highland Park. Prior to them realising I didn’t have a 12 week scan with them, they told me the charge would be $110 for an anatomy scan which I questioned why, as it was more than double their normal charge. It was then that they denied me service once they realised I had not had a 12 week scan with them. This was the only justification I was given over the phone as to why they would not book me in for an anatomy scan which I feel is totally unfair and extremely disappointing. I then booked myself in with Horizon Radiology North Shore and had the best overall experience yet.
