   Added to the above reviews about the expensive service and extra bills, in my case I was charged 1500$ of the hard saved money to just saying he is unable to take the case. It would be rational to have some decency from the beginning and acknowledged that. When faced him with the inaccurate and misleading information he provided and demanded the Section or the Subclause of the Act which he based his opinion upon (which is conflicted by other lawyers opinion), I received no answer though. It became obvious that it’s an easy way to earn money through consultations and legal opinions without the hassle and hard work needed to present cases into the court.    I do not recommend using this company. We had an unpleasant experience seeking professional advice on withdrawing from an application we mistakenly submitted. The initially quoted price of $1000, which included a meeting, was paid upfront. However, we received advice on the third day without a meeting. When questioned about this, they refused to adjust the price, claiming they had sufficient information for an opinion. Even more , they said that now we need to pay additional $150 on a top of it as GST. Another thing is their advice proved incorrect. They advised against withdrawing our current application, predicting deportation if we did. They also said that there is no any other visas we can apply for and that we have to leave NZ and continue offshore, Contrary to their suggestions, we withdrew the application, applied for a visitor visa, and were granted one, allowing us to stay in NZ while awaiting a residence decision. Despite their statement of a 45-month processing time, we received our residence approval in just 7 months. So think twice before seeking advice from these people..
