   Did the school detention room and western jail with the whole family. Our ages ranging from 0-70! Everyone had a blast. Even little bubs was kept occupied looking at all the props. Parking was easy, waiting area had mini games, friendly staff and puzzles were well laid out. Would love to return and try the other rooms.

   Lots of fun. Did the room with 2 teens and 2 under 12. Staff really helpful. Everyone enjoyed the challenge- lots of discussion afterwards. Keen to go again.

   Went for the first time recently with two friends and tried Escobar's Hideout. It was very cleverly done, we had a great time. I felt the level of difficulty was just right, and it's good you can adjust it according to the number of people you've got. The only criticism I would have: there were some cramped spaces and it could be hard to see some things, like the numbers on combination locks. Addition: tried a second scenario (School Detention) with my husband on the easy setting. This one wasn't as well done as Escobar's, there seemed to be less variety of things to solve, and the fact that there were items related to clues for the harder settings actually diverted us and ate up time. The staff kindly gave us 10 extra minutes and a few pointers so we were able to finish and escape.

   We had so much fun and they allowed us to start at same time as we had to have two groups. Was a little bit hot. Don't be too cocky before you start...we didn't make it and the boys beat the girls. Awesome fun though

   Amazing. We had such a fun time. Emma accommodated our family well, even recommended a place to stop before heading home. Sean communicated with me well as I was desperate to do an escape room with the family before we headed to the airport home from our holiday, I had tried calling but was ringing to early for his staff but he got in touch to explain and got Emma to have our room ready! Would 100% recommend visiting.

   Our family of 4 did Jail break 1 and absolutely loved it! Our first room we've ever escaped and we've done 5 in total and obviously aren't the best at it. We chose this one for the high success rate but we still found it perfectly challenging for us. We liked how you could scan the qr code with the tablet for a hint instead of using a walk talky or asking someone through a camera. Sean/Shaun was also helpful and informative, great guy! We will definitely be back to try more rooms when we're in Auckland next.

   My family and I did the escape room Jail break 1 today and it was amazing! Been playing online for so long and finally decided to do it for real- and it did not disappoint! We had an awesome experience and we're definitely planning on coming back! We'd also like to give a massive shout out to Levi who hosted us, he was brilliant! Also the mechanisms and engineering aspects used to escape was really impressive, we enjoyed the whole scenery. Escape Masters Manukau is highly recommendable and I would gladly go again.

   We did the submarine and it was fantastic. Cool props. The staff are great and luckily talked us down from hard mode to easy, because even on easy we did not make it out of the situation and died a horrific torpedo death.
