   Package for birthdays is the cheapest compared to other playgrounds around the south Auckland/east Auckland area. H We had two birthdays here and our recent experience compared to our first was a bit lack luster. Our party was booked for 12.30pm, advised the kids food would be brought up between 12.30-12.45, by 12.50 I had to come down twice to see what was happening & it literally seemed like they either forgot, or had prepared it later as it was a couple minutes past 1pm when the food finally arrived. Half n hour, seems like a short wait but keep in mind we only have the room for 1hr and a half. The bathrooms like most reviews, a bit outdated and one stall had no toilet paper. Overall, money wise it's alright, but a few tweaks here and there could be beneficial.

   Slides are great fun. However ball pit is filthy hasn't been cleaned in what looks like ages! Drinks, chocolate, wrappers, used straws. Needs a decent clean!!!! Boxes and crap can be seen through the netting of the climbing area. Playground equipment is missing off bits and just been replaced with tape instead of actually fixing the toys / equipment. There used to be a sledge you sat in for the slide I'm assuming that's gone now? As it wasn't available to us. The machine that blows balls out of wasn't working or it wasn't turned on not sure which is was! The climbing area seemed unsafe and wobbly on parts. Music is so loud and overpowering. Definitely is way to overpriced for what you get. When we came today Monday 10th Nov you can tell it's not been cleaned in I don't know how long. Bits of crap, hair, dirt all over the place the person who served us didn't seem to give a crap and can tell nothing had been cleaned from being opened and we were the first ones there. She seem more occupied on her phone than actually running the place.

   Kids enjoyed this place. Not too busy or overly packed with children on a Sunday afternoon. A bit pricey but worth a trip for a treat to get the kids out the house to burn some energy. Kids enjoyed the trampoline and slide - they have an area for under 5yos

   The staff are very nice and attentive for the safety. The place is clean. Food was good a little pricy but good quality. The toilets are clean despite is unisex and staff look after them very often. My 2.5 years old girl loves the place, every time we go there she will stay until the last minute which i normally arrive at 10am innthe morning. The place seems small in adult's eyes but massive in little eyes, I guess. We have been to many indoor playgrounds, but she spends more time in this place and does not get bored and ask to go home.

   We had a party at Neverland today & overall found the service & facilities really good. We had booked the party room for 2.30 and were allowed to put our things in the room earlier (1.30) as no one was using it, the staff even offered to put my cake in the fridge (which I didn’t need as the room had air conditioning). The room itself was a good size, their decorations on the wall don’t look great but we didn’t mind as we bought our own arch & balloons to set up down one end. The party package came with party bags which I didn’t realise, and I bought my own (I didn’t mind, as I like making my own party bags), so this was a nice surprise. The only things I found not so great were the bathrooms were a bit run down, dirty & smelly, plus the payment process was a little confusing. I rang three days before the party to check everything was in order & to find out what to do for payment & they said they would email so I was expecting an invoice but never received one. I rang on the day & they just said to pay when we arrive, so that was fine just a little confusing. Lastly, if siblings of children in a party want to be in the party room the parents have to pay $39 which I thought was quite a lot. I know it’s their policy & they could choose to pay normal entry & not enter the party room, but then there will be one child left unattended. However I think it should be optional for paying for the party package & just let the extra child be in the room if the parent chooses this. It wasn’t a big deal, just didn’t think this was necessary. Other than those points we found it really good, the staff were friendly & helpful & we would definitely book a party with them again.

   Just had my our sons 1st birthday. We privately hired the place and can I just say that was the eaaaasiest place I have dealt with. Comms was super quick and the venue was tidy. They let us use all of the tables and chairs that we needed. They let us just do our thing as soon as we got there. We’ll deserved 5 stars ✨

   My kids enjoyed it here. It’s a lovely little space for families and children. You can buy food/drinks here too. It was not packed at the time we went there which was great. Highly recommend you take your children here for play time.

   Had my daughters 8th birthday celebration here. Service was on point, food was brought into the room at the right time. All the children loved the decorations especially the playground. Would continue to take my daughter there. Thank you Neverland for the great experience.

   I did my daughter’s birthday at Neverland and the staff was very helpful and amazing! I asked them to make me a balloon garland to match my theme and they did it without hesitation! I highly recommend them.

   Super friendly staffs! Lovely environment, highly recommended as it is clean, tidy and bright, even the toilets. Love their bouncing area which is my daughter’s favourite. We really really enjoy the time here, hence we basically comes once or twice per week. Reasonable pricing for kids ice cream, only $ 3 for a scoop, photos attached. Also, they are offering CHA bubble tea and fried chicken（recommended to try). Thank you for lovely services and experience!
