   I have been in B2B, B2C sales industry both in China and New Zealand in the past 31 years, their staff-Ms Paris solved the issue which their other branch caused recently in an hour. I had rung up Waitemata beds head office, no action, consulted consumer rights protection, was going to lodge a claim through the Tribunal today… It was not her duty to solve this issue, but I definitely felt I have been touch by her professional customer service. The salesperson in the other branch who caused the mess, got the sales and payment from me, but trying to avoid returns and refund. She spent her time and used great communication skills solving our issue, which protects Waitemata beds’ brand image for this company.
