I had a great experience! Both the people who did my MRI and X-ray were both very kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They explained the procedures very well and gave me clear instructions on what to do/what was expected. It was also super easy to book both procedures online which was awesome. Highly recommend :)
My health provider requested a booking for an Ultra Sound, after two weeks without a response I decided to go to the branch to see why they hadn't responded. After explaining the situation they found an appointment was available in 10 minutes . Once I got into the treatment room, it was realised I wasn't there for an X-ray, but would need a later appointment for an Ultra Sound. I elected to travel out of my way to another branch to get the earliest appointment. After discussing this further it appears its not an isolated case, its unfortunate patients don't seem to be a priority .
Excellent customer service and services in general. I understand these guys can be a little cheaper than other places also. I was very happy with my experience and highly recommend Affinity.
My 3 year old and I have both had appointments here. The staff are warm, reassuring, and professional. It was very easy to book an appointment, within a few days. A really lovely environment, and I would always choose Affinity over other providers.
My experience here was great. Reall good communication throughout booking and when I needed to reschedule. All staff on the day very professional and helpful, keeping me informed of what would happen and why and they had my comfort in mind throughout. I had the full results within 24hrs which was much quicker than I had expected. Overall great service I would be confident using again.

I had never heard of Affinity until I was referred by my GP because Pacific Radiology's wait time for an appointment was going to be 2-3 weeks. I got an appointment for an ultrasound within a week of seeing my GP. The clinic was in a lovely brand new building and all the interior was new. Such a nice change from dated clinic and hospital interiors. The staff were friendly and the radiologist was very professional. Great being able to see my scan on a tv on the wall with all new technology equipment. And the good coffee at the cafe next door was a great way to finish off my visit. I'd definitely go back there.
what a fabulous place and lovely lovely people. Got in for an MRI very smartly and the lady was most helpful. Turned up to be met with equally lovely staff all round and they kept me in the loop all the time. Very appreciative
