I couldn't find rear shocks in NZ but then Partmaster had them in stock for less than I would have had to pay with a 10 to 14 day lead time with other suppliers
Parents came in for some parts as i was their interpreter and the asian dude was busy picking up phones and still served us hats off to him he was well mannered and respectful and very helpful and knowledgeable too, got us the right parts that we needed and the indian guy i assume he is the branch manager behind the counter was helpful giving us advice that was needed. partmaster manukau prices are competitive comparing to repco or bnt bunch of rip offs, i 100% would recommend partmaster manukau to anyone
2 staff's around 4.30pm-4.50pm. One was on the phone which is okay, because he was on it before we came in then, we waited. Then he hang up, won't even acknowledge us being in store then pick up another phone call straight away. What was that? Is customer over the phone is more important than the one in front of you? Another one walk in straight to the counter act like we are not there. Just rude.
I went to cavendish drive partsmaster store to return my unused package which was missing flywheel but they rudely denied. I spent $1200 + which is even expensive than other stores. Highly not recommending this store. Don't go to this store. What a rip off. I am jobless and even explained the scenario but this fella was rude and ruthless.
Great team, friendly and ready to help and give the right advice. Willing to help out local car clubs. Donated some brilliant stuff for our giveaway, can’t think you guys enough. Always have the parts in stock and if don’t will go out and beyond to get the right parts. Highly recommended and one of the best places to get parts.
