Me and my friend went there he just ask for the car and model thatβs it havenβt ask for what part are you looking for and when we went there there was no parts for the car available which we was lokking for. And they charge 2$ for each person watching time 10 minutes only total waste of money I agree 4$ is not much but still there was not part available which we was looking for wastage. We donβt recommend you to go there.

βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ Pick-A-Part is a lifesaver! Great place to find second-hand car parts at super affordable prices. Staff is helpful and the layout is easy to navigate. Highly recommended for anyone doing repairs on a budget.

Sad to say, that there is no a refund or exchange policy. I bought a instrument cluster this morning for my Suzuki swift. However, the fuel gauge is not working and I can't do any exchange for what I had paid for.

Once you get hang of finding vehicles it is not too bad. 1 part, $25, didn't work. But I knew about no returns before I went in. Given that the parts are sold related to a specific vehicle, I figure it would be good to be able to know beforehand if the part is available.

Friendly staff, very helpful too. I came to look for space saver for my Toyota Prius. The staff immediately identify the location of the car and direct me to it. Very cheap too. I highly recommend. You'll definitely find something!

Make sure you don't have any car parts, screws etc in your tool box that could be mistaken as parts/items. Don't expect to find any hybrid cars here.

Their website and strict adherence to maintaining each cars inventory as parts are sold is super cool. They do need a customer facing point of sale system so you can see what is going on. A website list sort by incoming vehicles and date of arrival would be very handy.
