Our sessions with Lance had just too many positives to name, but to name a few. For a start Lance went to great lengths to ensure we felt comfortable about talk discussing our financial status. As most of us feel that we should be doing better it can be frightening to lay it all bare. Having gained our trust and confidence , Lance set about diving deep into our business and provideing valuable insights into what we were doing right and what we could make improvements on. Lance created a cash flow analysis spreadsheet that provides a roadmap going forward, highlighting where efficiency gains can be made and what happens if we achieve them, what markets we can push into more vigorously and what the outcome of that will be. In summary Lance opened out eyes and minds around progress that can be made , how to measure it and therefore realise that progress is being made. That builds confidence . Totally worth it.
We were lucky enough to have Lance assist us with Business Continuity Planning during NZ’s recent Alert Level 4 Lockdown. We’ve learned so much about our business and ourselves as business owners during these sessions and been really pleased with what we’ve managed to achieve with his help. His positive attitude is completely infectious and with his realistic, no nonsense approach to business he is a great asset as a coach. We’d highly recommend him to anyone with no hesitation.
