I unfortunately had a coolant pipe break on Saturday afternoon making my car effectively un drivable. It was after hours at Harry’s Euro but I go in contact with them via instagram and they came back to the shop to allow me to come pickup the part asap and get my car back running. Above and beyond service and high quality parts. 10/10.
Just wanted to share some love to Harry’s euro and their team! Bought parts for my r32 and gti, they never disappoint. Love being part of the euro community in an ever so dominant jdm culture in New Zealand. Looking forward to bringing an rs3 in for tuning :)
Started following Harrys Euro a couple of months ago on SM, out of curiosity and they displayed some excellent content. Enough for me to call in and experience first-hand. I queried Performance Tuning for my A5. First impression was good; service and transition were seamless. The interaction felt genuine and it's obvious that there is passion within the team, behind the desk and the workshop. I'm currently enjoying my new HP and intake. I have come to Harry’s euro multiple times for tuning and servicing and the staff have been great. I came in for a dsg service 2/11 and had a full car respray the day before. I reinforced this to the staff to be very careful. When I got the car back the right skirting had been deeply scraped up. I sent a polite email in regards to it, I didn’t blame Harry’s euro however wanted to discuss the damage and got completely dismissed. I always photograph my car before I take it into a shop for work to be done. It has now been nine days and I still have not had a response. Definitely won’t be coming back unfortunately. If communication was better I may have considered it.
These guys are super flexible and sorted me out with spacers that fit well. They give good honest opinions and options to the customer. I had something unrelated to that experience break just before a big drive down the north island and I turned up asking for help to fix it and they sorted me out with the right aftermarket parts and got it done right then and there! Highly recommend, great service
