Hired the princess set without TV and it was amazing! Easy to set up everything is labeled. Everyone I have dealt with was super nice! And the price is reasonable as well. I will definitely come back again if I ever want to hire some karaoke.
Amazing pricing and amazing service. We rented the party set which included lights and smoke machine. It really brought the party to the next level and the team were super friendly and helpful with their products. Can’t recommend enough!! I also got great decoration advice from them
We hired the kids party package for our son's 5th birthday and it was amazing! Really good size dance floor - is bigger in person that it appears in the online pictures. Super cool lights. We opted for the smoke machine which was also a hit. Great service for installation and pick up all the way down to us in Papakura. Definitely recommend :)
I was so lucky that at the last minute I was able to get lights from Party Direct. The service was great and they are super helpful and friendly. The lights were a great addition to the party and I would both recommend and use them again.
Amazing value and products for our daughters 16th birthday party. Took it to the next level. The lazers were amazing and the smoke machine made the place look like a night club. Didn't need to do anything other than attach them to the holders and turn them on... The only problem is now we will need them for every birthday party.

We hired a Karaoke machine late Thursday evening for the weekend, and considering it was late notice not only was there a machine available but I received the most amazing customer service from Gene. He made everything easy and simple from the transaction to picking up and dropping off the gear. I would definately be using you guys again. Service is great and very affordable compared to other companies in the Auckland region. I have used other companies that were overpriced and the song selection was limited.
