   North shore Castle parcels driver is extremely rude! Came to pick up our package like usual but it was a little wet from rain. He proceeded to aggressively complain then he started opening doors in our office/yard like he owned the place disturbing a employee on the phone in the process. When I asked what he was doing he angrily said he needed a rag. I replied why didn't you just ask?? Absolutely appalling behavior from this driver.

   No 'experience' as unable to contact any branches of this company by phone and no answer to email. Cannot get a quote without an account, although it provides for it on the 'quote form'. Requires a 'tracking number' to get a quote!!! I have no such number. Wanted to return a package to Christchurch delivered by Castle. Their phone system for branches doesn't work. Their main number in South Auckland never answers. Hard to believe they are in business.

   Terrible service. Driver left my parcel in the rain and did not even ring the doorbell to inform me it was there.... and this parcel required a signature and was signed by the driver! Will never recommend them
