Absolutely awful experience with these guys. Their hugely discriminative, backwards and insulting approach to mental health and addictions related issues supports the hurtful division of families. Their unrealistic demands shocked me, there's a tremendous lack of understanding from them about the mental health system. Their negative bias towards my partner and I is costing us invaluable time with our child that we will never be able to get back. I am appalled by the disgusting, harsh and insulting words they chose in their report. Their lack of consideration and understanding of my daughter's needs (and the parents) is greatly disturbing to me. Glad I'll never see them again.
