   Place has gone to the pack since PBT took over. Poor customer service such as not accepting delivery after midday on a Friday. Use another company. There's plenty to choose from.

   Office staff are great, as for the warehouse staff...what a joke. There is upto 4 people on 2 different shifts during the day and I can honestly say there is only 1 worker that will service vehicles waiting to load/unload.

   They failed to deliver my cargo on time they suggested. The tracking system they provide on their website is not really helpful to chase your freight. Their customer service is NOT really professional.

   CMT Freight received my container May it is now July, David Luaaki has continued to lie to me and set up shipping times and has not been moved on multiple occasions. I advise you to please go with an alternate company !

   Set up a Freight forwarding service with CMT Freight and it has been service failure after service failure. Terrible customer service from David Luaaki and no one really wants to help out. Dont ask for a supervisor because they will either tell you that they are busy or dont exist. I will not use thus company again.
