   I used them to import my piano from France, very good service, they picked it up from my mom’s place, crated it and they also arrange the delivery to my house which was really helpful as it’s quite a big piano. They assisted with the customs registration I needed for the clearance.

   I spent over $20000 for a left platform came from China nicely arrived I have photo setting inside container but has been damaged by Kalgin when I refused their delivery offer to my workshop due to their high cost of $1250 + GST from 373 Neilson ST Onehunga Auckland to Huia Road Ōtāhuhu Auckland they damaged it to the point That my haired truck had not been able to pick up or deliver it in the first attempted day then the second day they strap tidied as per photos however I proved in the hearing day kalgin offered me partial compensation but New Zealand racism court of justice after one month passed from judgement day sent me a letter ordered against my claim total lost of business sad and broken

   I made my move from China to New Zealand recently and the agent used this company. There were 28 cargo boxes, a mattress and a box with ‘fragile’ labels, with two TVs inside. I packed the boxes myself, as carefully as possible, as my things marked my 9 years of life and memories in china, all with transport tapes fully attached. I'm struggling and failing to comprehend how a company that transports personal cargo like items for an entire move can handle cargo so unbelievably poorly and with so little care. All the boxes arrived ripped with damp marks, my stuff falling out of the corners, the mattress moldy and the two TVs broken and unusable. The company, after my complaint, stated that it is not responsible for damage, only for loss, and said that the cardboard boxes would not support the weight, but did not mention the fact when collecting them. The damage to my stuff shows complete disregard for them, as the damage done can only have happened with falls from great heights and serious errors in judgment about storage decisions. For example, the largest of the TVs had one of its corners literally dented towards the center, which I can only assume was the result of a strong impact on the box it was in, which again was plastered with ‘fragile’ labels, and the mattress somehow got moldy in just 50 days of transit, showing the storage was very obviously humid and not fit for important cargo. Several other items, that were totally surrounded by clothes and soft materials as wrapping, were also somehow damaged, to the point that I believe the boxes must have been thrown around in the process of moving them. As another example, a mini oven has had one of its supporting feet pushed up and into it, and somehow had a small light also pressed into the body of the oven, leaving it hanging inside the machine. Additionally, several metal parts of multiple clothes hangers and shelving units were somehow bent. These metal parts were also wrapped in rugs and clothes, yet were somehow still damaged, once again implying there was seriously terrible handling of the packages. A small metal kettle was also somehow dented on either side as though it had been pinched between two bits of something extremely solid, despite also being surrounded by countless rugs and clothes. This is not to mention the countless other items that were damaged, or the four shelving unit legs that have seemingly disappeared. Photos of the boxes before being shipped out as well as the aftermath of the broken TV, moldy mattress and dented metal kettle are attached as proof. Naturally, if I had the option, I’d give this review zero stars, and will be warning my many coworkers in china who are planning to move overseas against using this company for their move.

   After paying an invoice, I replied to their email stating the bank transfer had been done. I expected my shipment to be released a day or two later. Heard nothing and thought nothing because no news = nothing wrong, right? Had my customs broker chase them up a week after expecting the shipment, only to find out they were still expecting my payment. I promptly forwarded my bank transfer email and included screenshots of the transfer, only to be told hours later that it was "for a different shipment". I had no other shipment. I asked about what was going on, and had no response. Finally, my lovely customs broker gets in touch saying that they are finally releasing the shipment. No communication from Kalgin, and when there was, it was poor and unhelpful.

   This is the worst shipping company i have ever dealt with, Lots of $$$ worth of damage and they don't care. They wont help pay for all the damage they've caused. The way they treat our expensive electronics is disgusting ! I've attached pictures of the many times i've collected freight and these guys have been responsible for handling it
