I never recommend your service to anyone.I shipped my personal and educational materials of my daughters goods to New Zealand before I coming with my daughter now almost 4 months still not received I call several times no answer only Sri Lankan lady who took my shipment she is the one answering and telling there is problem with custom but no one telling there customers what going on

Prompt service and effective too. Used them once and was very pleased with the outcome. Customer service was great. Very helpful too. The customer not just hires the vehicle but two helpers too. Received 3 vouchers too eith discounts for subsequent hires which is awesome.
Horrible experience. Its 6 months and still waiting for my 6 boxes. Had paid for door to door service. For last 3 months, I am being told that goods are stuck at customs. I never get proactive updates. Only get a vague response after I chase them for a status.

Very professional service. Highly recommend this to send boxes to Sri Lanka. You can confirm your booking online and they will come to your place to pick up boxes without any additional charges if you're in Auckland. I will use their service again for sure.
