Very disappointed with the service. I waited for 3–4 hours on Saturday (just before the Labour Day holiday) and was still given the wrong part. I had to come back again on Tuesday, wasting more time and money, only to wait another 2–3 hours and receive a defective part this time. Extremely poor service and lack of quality control. Would not recommend.

We have been a regular customer of Jap Parts Station 2007 and have always appreciated your services in the past. However, we are extremely disappointed with our recent experience. On 3/12/2024, we purchased a Turbo Outlet Hose from your store. Upon receiving the product, we found that the plastic coupling/tiny rubber hose fitting, which is integral to the hose, was missing. This coupling is part of the assembly, as confirmed by multiple sources, including the attached images and a genuine Toyota replacement we ordered subsequently (Part Number: 17206-30020) When we raised this issue with your representative, Mr. Ibrahim Azam, we were informed that this coupling is sold as a separate part for an additional $90. This was unacceptable, as the coupling should have been included with the hose. Mr. Azam was dismissive, stating, “This is how we do here.” Furthermore, his tone was rude and unprofessional when discussing the issue with both myself and my technician. To resolve this, we ordered a genuine Toyota Turbo Outlet Hose, which arrived with the coupling included, confirming that our claim was valid. We have attached a photo and invoice for your reference. We did not use the part provided by your store, as it was incomplete. It is unfair to expect us to pay extra for a component that should have been included. Additionally, when my technician requested a return and credit for the incomplete part, Mr. Azam refused outright, further compounding our dissatisfaction and Very rude to our technician. As a regular and loyal customer, we are deeply disappointed by this incident, particularly with Mr. Azam's behavior and the lack of resolution. We kindly request the following: A return and full credit for the incomplete Turbo Outlet Hose. Assurance that such incidents and unprofessional behavior will be addressed to prevent recurrence. We value our business relationship and hope to continue it on better terms. However, the mishandling of this issue has left us reconsidering our options. Went in to get a visor for the car, they didnt have one but he phoned anpther crowd that did have it and was really helpful all round
