   Might be a good idea that you change your hours. Canceled an appointment on a Saturday just to drive up from the Waikato to get parts and your closed, waste my time, ks and diesel.

   I was told to go to another place close to here to buy piping but because I had been to chase before years ago I decided to return, unfortunately my experience this time was very different. Probably one of the most worst customer service experiences I’ve had , I own my own business and work in hospitality and know what is expected of staff , to make customers feel welcomed and that there business is important. I went in to buy some piping and straight from the get go the guy serving me Troy , couldn’t be bothered dealing with me, all one word answers and tried to get me out as quickly as possible, I asked if certain pipes would fit as he knew the measurements he wouldn’t answer correctly just ,” oh it’s the next size up “, I said so it should slip over ? “Oh you asked for the next size up that’s what u get” not telling me how it will work for my application. Then I ask well u have the measurements don’t you will it fit? He didn’t even bother to check just yeah it will fit then, then the piping ended up being wrong , but the service was so bad I didn’t even want to come back to exchange Or refund, never coming back to this company ever again as long as he is there.
