   I recently took my BMW E36 into CRS to get a closed door respray. The original paint on my car was in terrible condition with multiple panels peeling from years of sun damage (as seen in the before photo). My car also had a crooked bonnet and a couple of dings on the boot and driver’s side door. After speaking to Phil, he got a quote together for me with a full cost breakdown which included painting, the body work, and mounting an LTW wing. Phil and his team went above and beyond and have given this car a new lease on life. The job was done professionally, and I am totally in love with the way it looks. Phil’s communication was excellent, and I felt well looked after while my car was with them. I would confidently recommend CRS, the before and after pictures speak for themselves! Thank you again guys!

   Very disappointing and stressful experience. Had a minor car accident and was hoping to get help from CRS. Dealt with a slippery character called Phil who completely hustled me out of my vehicle, minimised my options and gave me a raw deal. Although my vehicle was in bad shape, Phil gave me a very low offer for it that friends and family told me to avoid. I wanted to get a few alternative offers including one from the wreckage yard. While I was waiting on a quote from a wreckage yard, Phil gave them a call and told them the car was already his. As such, when I phoned the wreckage yard they told me that there would be no offer and the car would be towed to Phil's lot. Now with no offers Phil lowered the previously offered price by more than half (claiming the towing costs). I warn anyone to be very careful when working with this company. But don't just take my word for it. When reading one of the reviews, I noticed one of the 5 stars came from Phil himself.

   I recently had my car booked for a roof paint job. I did not have the greatest experience to be honest. Staff was nice to deal with and very responsive. Turnaround was quick, too. However, I received the car back with blemishes across the back of the car, paint chips on the doors, dents in the new! roof and the side of the door. The new colour is a mismatch to the rest of the car. They also called mid-job to increase the quote which, for me, has a bit of a bad taste. To be fair, they tried to remedy the above blemishes but not to the previous condition. I wish I had gone somewhere else.
