Very frustrating to deal with if you are waiting to take delivery. When the very large appliance size parcel is on the truck for delivery, it all goes pearshaped. The delivery driver keeps saying he'll deliver in the next ten minutes for the next two hours. Phoning the call line for help just gets passed around. If I had a choice in the matter, mainfreight would not be in my first three.

Iβve never had such a poor experience with a delivery company. My package has been βon the truckβ for five days now, and still nothing has arrived. I stayed home waiting two days in a row after they said it would be delivered β but no one showed up, no call, no update. The lack of communication is shocking β tracking hasnβt moved, and every time I contact them I get the same excuse: βItβs on the way.β If it takes this long to move a parcel across the city, something is seriously wrong with their system or drivers. I would never recommend this company to anyone who expects reliability or professionalism. Five days for a local delivery is completely unacceptable.

Jamal, the manager was really helpful and kind. Abdul who delivered the item, was helpful too. My sincere gratitude to these 2 gentlemen in particular for your outstanding assistance. This is the second time I've had this company deliver large and fragile items to me during a lockdown & I couldn't be happier.

I organised delivery of my bed.... no delivery, no communication just an excuse they had the wrong number. After sleeping on a blow up mattress for 1 week re-delivery was scheduled and the driver rings me mid morning on the day and gives me a time that clashes with my afternoon appointment. Poor communication and customer service.

Less than satisfactory experience. Held my item in auckland unnecessarily for 5 days, wouldnβt answer phone for 2 days and absolutely sub standard replies. They have now had my package for a week, and is now delayed 4 more days due to easter when it should have been here beforehand. Extremely poor customer service, and the worst tracking service ive experienced to date. Wouldnt use them again for the life of me, equivalent to Aramex...

Terrible delivery service and horrible deliveryman/driver. The delivery date and time was confirmed with the driver one day before, but he didn't show up on the delivery date. The reason is that I didn't pick up his phone call immediately though I rang him back in four minutes. He said it was my fault didn't pick up the phone straight away. However, no one rang our bell and he didn't come to our place at all. I contacted their office but their office can do nothing with the driver to let him deliver on the date we agreed. what they can do is to arrange another driver to deliver on another date. We are really upset with this delivery company and it's been the worst experience we ever had before. The driver's attitude is sooo bad and we haven't received our delivery YET!
