Top notch auto repair and service garage. Never been ripped off, Mitch always takes the time to explain what is happening and what my options are. Consistently goes out of their way to help out. They just fixed our mirror on short notice - especially helpful as we are juggling a new baby. Great value, awesome service - would recommend to all.

Fully do NOT recommend , biggest rip-off. Their strategy is to inspect your vehicle and exaggerate β€˜problems β€˜ and bait newbies into repairs at super ridiculous prices for minor mechanical issues. Worse still they can’t even take simple instructions. These guys went ahead and did my WOF without my consent and tried to charge me $45 for it, had to dispute this over a heated conversation in order to avoid paying this. Oh and by the way, their courtesy cars or delivery service ? It’s running at $2 / kilometre. What on earth ? These guys are the biggest joke of the century. Avoid this place at all costs unless you’ve got nothing better to do with your money

Top vehicle service and mechanical repairs in Auckland. 100% very reliable and honest with a great quick turnaround time in getting the job done with ease and without fuss! I honestly couldn't recommended any other place as it's 'word of mouth' that creates CMS high quality and attracts new customers. Wonderful location with easy access off the motorway. Thanks team!

I have been using their service way back before the shop opened. All the family vehicles are serviced through them for over 10 years. Mitch and Beatrice provide the most professional and reliable service. We are lucky to have them as our family mechanics which we felt so secured while driving our cars. Highly recommend to those who have not found a reliable mechanics. While they service our cars, they will let us know the future ongoing parts replacement so that we can budget for it. In this way, we know our cars very well rather than just pay the money and drive away.

Had lot of things upgraded at the same time, shock, spring, shock mount, adjustable camber, bushings. When car was return, mechanic specifically made a comment saying my Rear Shock Mount design is different (after market Rouge Engineering product), a bit difficult to install due to it's upside down design, had to tighten from inside wheel arch instead of at top of shock tower in boot. 4 years later, my rear shock mount is making a noise, which it shouldn't be, I went to check, and to my surprise, it is an old factory original rear shock mount. Let's give him the benefit of doubt and say he forgot since there was a lot of upgrade to be had, he finished putting everything back together then realized he forgot this Rouge Engineering Rear Shock Mount. Instead of putting it in or telling me and giving me back my Rouge Engineering Rear Shock Mount, he chose to lie about, telling me how difficult it was to install to appear that he did do the work. So now, Rouge Engineering Rear Shock Mount $200 missing, have to buy a new BMW shock mount $180 + install + wheel alignment. I am paying double the cost because i was lied to about that being installed. BMW rear shock mount is not suitable for aftermarket harder shock, they wear out quicker, but i don't have time to wait for shipping from USA. I have to buy BMW rear shock mount in Auckland so that means i have to replace it sooner rather than later with my over engineer Rouge Engineering Rear Shock Mount. Took my vehicle for a 350km test drive when he didn't give me my vehicle back after a 1hr rear drive shaft seal fix, keep it overnight which was a Waitangi day the next day... When i confronted him about it, he said the car was up on the hoist and he had transmission in Drive and running for 15mins. If he had the car in Drive at 5km/h, after 60mins, that's only 5km. not 350km. Capable mechanic but cannot be trusted, dishonest.
