   Some of the worst communication I have ever experienced. Had to chase everything myself multiple times to get any action. Last I heard from them they were going to have someone call me back in a week when they got back from holiday. Two months later I've still had no communication. Moved treatment to another provider and they haven't even noticed I'm gone.

   The warmest, friendliest and most supportive fertility clinic there is. They made me feel so secure and informed throughout the whole process. Embryologists give you all the time you need to discuss your plan (Helen Morgan in particular).

   Even though our first round of IVF wasn’t successful I’m still grateful for the nurses at FP! They were very kind and attentive and always answered any questions we had. The biggest Thank you goes to Britta and Caroline - very personable, fun and caring! They definitely made our experience more enjoyable and relaxed.

   The staff members are friendly, attentive, and caring. Their nurses are fabulous. Their doctors have more varied skill levels, most are good, though unfortunately some aren't so skilled. My partner had a scan, and the doctor took a very long time to do the scan as he can't seems to find the ovary; and because of the pressure that he use my partner felt sore even until the next day. The following day, my partner asked for another scan with another doctor, obviously, and this time it only took the doctor seconds to find all of her ovaries, and my partner wasn't in any pain at all. Their administration process can be a little bit confusing; I would recommend you to ask for any form in person rather than waiting for them to send them by mail. So far, we are quite happy with our treatments and can't wait to begin our journey with them.
