Had muffled hearing and ringing sounds for weeks. Got my ears micro suctioned this morning, and I'm good as new. The lady doctor is professional and friendly. Very happy with the result.
I just had my ears clean today and the lady that did them was awesome. She explain what she was going to do and had a good look at my ear drums. The reception staff were great as well.
Fantastic service and care provided for a matter that required reasonably quick treatment. I was offered immediate cancelation options too. I ended up being seen within hours of first introduction. Very grateful to the team, care and treatment received. Thankyou everyone. I will absolutely use this clinic again as my preferred provider.

The staff there are great. They have great customer service and the ear nurse did a great job with my son. She was able to calm him done, make the ear suction experience fun for him. No he is not afraid to have his ear clean and look forward to it.
our appointment was at 11:00 am. were were told to come to the medical centre no clear instructions that it was a seperate building across the street. this resulted in our arrival at 11:05 instead. upon arrival we were told the appointment had to be cancelled because we were late. it is as if their time is more valuable than ours !. They make patients wait for 30 minutes but they do not want to wait 5 mins for patients. Extremely unprofessional, money hungry policy. absolute disgust and disgrace to the medical profession
