   My first & second WOF experience with My Auto Tech was very pleasant. My friends, co-workers and relatives keep on telling me they are totally rip off and I don't believe them. Unfortunately my third WOF was so different, They keep on failing simple things, like wiper (which I just replace 1 week ago) but still they did not believe. Addition to it, they failed because of the dent which I repaired but did not accept because the back side (which is not visibly seen by eyes) is dented which I told them was screwed properly and I myself did it. I was shocked because they did not say anything in my first WOF with them. I brought it to the panel beater and told me it was fixed properly. Just needing to be painted properly. Now the staff are unfriendly unlike 2 to 3 yrs ago. I should have believed my friends and should have gone to other shop.

   My first experience with My Auto Tech was very pleasant. Friendly staff and great customer services. Felt welcomed by the reception and all other staff members that I interacted with. Took my car for a full service. Reasonable price for a good quality service. Looking forward to get back there for my car WOF.

   Just went in for a recheck for couple little things. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!!!! Absolutely horrible had to wait 4 hours after they told me an hour then 30 min then 30 mins again and no one was even checking my car. When they did check my car they failed me or other little stuff that wasn’t on the recheck. Office staff were horrible. Please avoid at all costs

   Took my car here to get its WOF was quoted over $1000 for exterior paint job and to fix seat belt and was told it would be done in a couple of days. Took over a week only to be told that there are issues with breaks and that it'll cost another $1000. Tell me how a few scratches on a car affects the way it runs? They focused more on the exterior then they did for what would affect how the car runs only to try charge us to pay more when we already paid in full what they initially quoted us for. Was charged extra costs under MISC - miscellaneous and was told that this was for things where they had to wash and wipe down areas before painting? So why is the MISC separate from the labour charges? No transparency from mechanics and their admin side. Half the mechanics don't know why we were charged extra things and why it costs so much and we were told it was the parts that were expensive. If I could rate them a zero that's what they would've got is a zero. We've always used them for all our vehicles but won't be using them again. Wouldn't recommend, straight milkers this company. Took our vehicle to another mechanic straight after and he was gobsmacked at what we were charged and the work that was done. If you ask me they'll just make anything up that's wrong in order to have you pay for it. Go else where, shop around and get a second opinion. Cost almost $300 labour charges for them just to clean the headlights. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
