   Honestly I'd give this a zero. Absolutely wrip off. Phone battery was swollen n no signal on my phone went to these guys they said it'll cost $250 to fix. Went to get a second opinion from another repair shop ,first question the guy asked was did I get a screen repair to which I said yes, (I got my screen repair prior to this from this wrip of shop ) mobile phone repair services. The 2nd opinion guy said they pressed my screen on instead of gluing it and that's why my battery has swelled up.. I paid $300 to get my phone screen repaired just for them to purposely damage something else on my phone. I felt that young guy was dodgy in this shop. The cost of my battery repair was $200 opposite pakn save universal drive. The Chinese guy there seemed more honest and wanted to help. If you want good and reliable service go to 2nd opinion opposite pakn save.these guys told me it'll take a week for them to fix it but the 2nd opinion said itell take them only half a day. These guys said it'll take 1 week for them to fix my phone the 2nd opinion said it'll take them half a day. Go figure

   Took an iphone that was not charging here to be repaired. They found the fault and they informed me what the issue was and how much it would cost to repair. I was notified when it was ready for pickup, which was done very promptly. The cost to have the repair done was very reasonable and will go back to this place if we have any other issues with digital devices.

   Took a long time, around a year. Never got a receipt and often was not contacted. Physically had to go into the shop to be able to request an update. Spoke to the owner of the shop, he was helpful but unfortunately his staff weren't

   Sent the phone a week ago and the guy there said it could be picked up the next day, and when we called the next day, he said they changed the battery but it's having some issues and they were charging overnight to see how it goes. We didn't receive any feedback for the next two days or so. After we contacted again, he didn't answer our call, but of course picked up the phone after we called from a different phone number, more excuses, he didn't have the phone, the phone was in another shop. As days passing by, it's just the same old excuses. We finally decided a week was more than enough to change the battery, not to mention we have all the business contacts on that phone, had he told us it would need more than a few days to fix the phone, we would have transferred some important data and wait patiently. Instead he always promised us "tomorrow". Finally, he called to say that we could pick up the phone and we were more than happy to hear that. We confirmed the pick up time was 2:30pm yesterday. We arrived on time. He said he didn't have the phone, but he should receive it in an hour. We went outside, looked at some shops. He even called at one point, saying they were 15 minutes away. At around 3:30pm, we went there, he took out 5 or 6 phones, and said our phone was not there and he didn't know why they didn't give it to him. We stood there, speechless. We asked where this other shop was, we could go and pick it up ourselves. He was like, you don't understand, we are running a company, they won't give the phone to you. We asked for a receipt and asked him to call the other shop to let them know we are going there. He said he could close the shop early and get the phone himself then deliver it to our address. We said we could just come with him so that he didn't have to deliver. He said he would need to take a taxi there. We said we were more than happy to drive him there. Then he said he couldn't close the shop too early. We asked if he could close at 4pm. He reluctantly agreed. 20 minutes later, at 4:10pm, we came to the shop again ready to drive him to the other shop, he said he could be in trouble if he close the shop early, because the shop is supposed to be open till 6 pm. However, he could close it at 5:30pm and go there, pick it up then deliver to our place. We asked when the other shop would close, he said at 6pm. According to Google map, it takes about 40 minutes to drive there. It just doesn't make any sense. We said we could just go there by ourselves. And we want our phone whether it's fixed or not. He just keeps telling lies. Finally I said we would go there with or without him and asked him not to waste our time any more. At last, at about 5:10pm, we arrived at this other shop and got our phone. Apparently it's been sitting there the whole week because they are still waiting for the battery to arrive. Apparently, nothing has happened to the phone, good or bad. By the time we got back it's at least 6pm. It would be so much easier for all of us if the guy could just be honest with us.

   The battery of my old iPhone 6S was unloading very quickly, 1% down each minute... These guys tried to understand why, the battery looked OK, they decided to change the motherboard but results still not acceptable for them. So they changed some chipsets and keep my phone a couple of days to be sure my problem was fixed. And now it is fixed ! My phone is like new, I can use it 2 days without reloading it. I highly recommend that place, thanks you.
