I took my MacBook to these guys to get my battery replaced. When I got my MacBook back the left speaker wasn't working anymore. I contacted them asking them to fix it, and they just said "Sorry, but thats not the part we replaced and therefore isn't covered by our warranty." I was furious. I had to spend more money and time at another agent only for them to show me the left speaker simply hadn't been plugged in when they reassembled my MacBook. Will never deal with these people again.

Never go to Service Plus - I was recommended by Noel Leeming Team for fixing my HP Laptop broken Hing. I got a quotation to fix my laptop for around $475 - The technician had my laptop for almost four to five weeks and later he broke my laptop more and later he told me that the laptop is not fixable. I lost almost $1800 and my current laptop is not fixable. Service Plus Team just refunded my $90 service charge by saying they can't fix it. Which is very disappointing.
My daughters 2019 MacBook Pro was in serious trouble with the screen showing flashing colours and lines, Touch Bar wasn’t functioning properly either. These guys did a great job of replacing the screen and battery, basically returning a new computer. Very good service, with updates sent via email throughout the repair cycle. I highly recommend Service Plus.
