A good friend was looking for a mechanic to have some work done on their car. I was recommended Auto Services Newmarket by an old work colleague that had some work done in the past. The feedback I had received has been really positive and appreciative of the lads there.

Jeremy and his team have always exceeded my expectations with their excellent communication, reasonable prices, and explaining the value of the services they provide. They even offered to drive to my house today without being asked to come pick up my car with a dead battery and fit me in the same day due to a cancellation. As a female, I have had other auto shops try to upsell me or sell me a service without explaining the why. I have never felt that way with this auto shop and I always appreciate the time they take to explain repairs in a way I can understand without car knowledge. If you want an auto shop that does an excellent job, are transparent, and trustworthy this is your place!
Friendly staff, booked in for a wheel alignment the next day. Dropped car off, they called me later once done. Reasonably priced. No fuss, love it.
Dropped into the workshop with a transmission oil leak. They were onto it straight away and had it fixed within 90 minutes. Efficient and good pricing. Just in time for the long weekend trip. Many thanks!
The only place in Newmarket that immediately offered to check my car (brakes were squeaking). Man at the reception was complaining about our questions, as we asked a lot. I don't know anything about cars, also I'm a foreigner, which makes it even more difficult. In a nutshell good service though.
These guys are absolute saviours! Originally they had to help me with a suspected flat battery but when i got 200m along and fully broke down(in the lane to get on the motorway at 4pm on a Friday) they helped me figure it out it was the alternator. through some brainstorming they figured out how to get it back to theirs so it was finally off the road and safe. I can't thank you guys enough for the help you did, you spent ages making sure I got out of that situation and I'm so so grateful! Cannot recommend them enough!
We have taken both our Toyota hilux & Honda crv here. The service was so good I had to bring both our cars here to be looked after. The price was very good and my Toyota hilux drives like new!!! It was such a massive difference I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.
Great honest guys, told me the options i had instead of trying to simply get the most amount of money out of me. Car drove 10x nicer after a service, just like it does out of the dealership shops. Will be going back. Easy to access even if not thought so at first. Cant recommend enough.
