   Selling a home can be daunting, but the assistance by Dayle Steele of Carson Fox made it seamless and (almost) stress-free. Her advice around offers and purchasing in the market, and specific advice on properties including risks of flooding and opportunities to improve properties ensured that we didn't rush into the process of securing a property. Specifically, Carson Fox helped us to avoid a property which presented risks we didn't want to deal with. When it came to purchasing my new home, Dayle Steele went above and beyond. Her and her team were always available to answer my questions, provide advice, and navigate any unexpected challenges that came up along the way.

However, upon notifying the lawyer of my decision to terminate our cooperation, I received a remarkably swift response, contrasting with the usual response time for consultations. In summary, it appears that the lawyers at this firm may prioritize cases with higher profit margins, potentially neglecting simpler assignments.

   Absolutely horrific experience with this so called lawyers firm who somehow are unaware of housesale payment time frames. Instead of doing an instant payment for a house sale at 4pm on a Friday they did it as an overnight payment... Meaning we were officially homeless until the following Monday afternoon. Honestly I wouldn't wish that stress and costs on anyone else. Awful, awful 'law' firm. Edit - they say I'm not a client as my Google name is under my married name not my maiden name ☺ always a good look when a business tried to sweep their mess under the rug eh.
