   Highly recommend!! Me and my sister were in the process of a property transfer and had no clue what needed to be done. All we knew was that we needed a lawyer. I saw previous reviews for PLC and how people were advising how prompt and professional they were. We tried our luck with PLC and I am so glad we did. We had Lukas and Richard assist us and they made the entire process easy. Not only were they prompt but they were extremely helpful too! Will definitely be using their services again in future!    Most unprofessional conveyancing service I have ever used. Definition of overpromising and underdelivering. We engaged Kelley's service and it was made clear by myself and my father (the client) from the getgo I will be acting as his representative. We advised we would be able to provide power of attorney if necessary. The engagement of her services were all done by me. Yet as soon as this contract was signed, at each and every stage since she has refused to deal with me directly and insisted on making things difficult by asking my father to respond instead. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating for us as we have requested I be the representative for a number of reasons including language barrier and previous property purchasing and selling experiences. If you're a new customer and selecting this agency based on competitive pricing then I'd strongly suggest you turn away. This cheaper pricing unfortunately translate to cheaper services where you will find yourself chasing a reply time and time again. To the point where I felt uncomfortable emailing my own conveyancer queries and opt to research them myself instead. The replies were so slow I wondered at times whether Kelley was still employed. Responses from Kelley eventually only seem to happen when the main office was copied in my emails. Very unhappy with my experience which is unfortunate as my realestate agent recommended them. I'll be sure to pass him my feedback to hopefully save others some time, energy and headache.
