Incompetent and unprofessional. At the beginning (when theyβre focussed on βbillablesβ) they unrealistically demand responses within 2-3 hours of sending an email. Hurried preparation of documents riddled with mistakes, obviously donβt proof read. When the matter finally seemed resolved Neilson Lawyers continually delayed simple tasks for months. Excuse after excuse. Even at the time of this review Jared Moss canβt seem to find 10 minutes in his day to send a simple email to end said matter.. I wouldβve said only use Neilson Lawyers for simple work such as property settlements etc. but given some recent reviews even this seems out of their ability. Stay away from Trent Bowler, Maz Faβaea and Jared Moss.
Please do not trust this lawyers, They wont respond you in timely manner nor they will keep you updated. You gotta keep calling their reception for weeks and weeks just a get some update. Lost my money big time for my property settlement. In particular worst lawyer to deal with is Nick Palmer.
Very poor communication and records keeping. Multiple visits to the office due to poor document management. I had to deal with settlement related issue 5 months after the property settlement. I would not recommend Neilsons Lawyers if you are looking for a professional service and easy settlement.
